Due to weeks of training and running in gym, i have successfully slim down to 73kg as of today. Hehehe
Tips: Drink plain water instead of soft drinks.
Jog instead of running(burns more calories)
Eat less staple food like rice, noodles or bread.
Devour more meaty stuff, chicken, beef or mutton.
PS: It works on me, it will work for you.
Solution: Try to think of the happy moments instead of sad times, try to think that there is always someone out there that will always be there for you.
